We got up early this morning so we would be sure to make it to VVR in time. The mosquitos started to swarm as soon as the sun rose.

We got to the boat landing for the ferry to Vermillion Valley Resort at 3:30, over an hour before the ferry was to arrive, so we had some time to kill. Fortunately, there turned out to be good cell coverage near the lake so we could catch up on some emails.
After arriving at VVR, we took some well-needed showers, did a load of laundry, and sat down to eat some delicious BBQ and cherry pie!
